1. How long will my order take to arrive?

2. Which payment modes are supported by Razorpay?
A. Razorpay supports 100+ payment modes including UPI, Credit and Debit Cards, Netbanking (68+ Banks), Wallets, EMI on Credit & Debit cards, Cardless EMI and Pay later.
3. What happens if my selected product is Out of Stock?
A. Pls send an email to info@lifestylemapleleaf.com. You would be given a choice to either select a different but similar product at the same price (the product image would be shared with you) or if you do not want the similar product, you can request for a refund.
4. What are the factors that I should keep in mind while selecting a product?
A. Go through the Product Information that comes with the image in details and know the type of product, fabric composition/ingredient and most importantly, check the size chart minutely before deciding on the size.
5. How do I receive a notification of my placed order?
A. The type of notification you will receive will depend on the contact information you enter at checkout. If you enter a phone number at checkout, then you receive an order confirmation by SMS. If you enter an email at checkout, then you receive an order confirmation by email, followed by order and shipping updates. Order and shipping updates aren't sent by SMS.
6. How do I Track my Order?
A. You will receive the Tracking Order in your Shipping Confirmation Email. You can check the same in the store under Track Your Order under Customer Service. In case the tracking number doesn't show up results, pls write to us at Info@lifestylemapleleaf.com and we will help you track it.
7. Is email id and contact number mandatory while making a purchase?
A. It is always better to input both your email id and contact number for the convenience of contacting you during shipment and delivery.
8. Is KYC mandatory to receive a product?
A. Since all the products are shipped from abroad, you might get messages from a third party (eg: Morning Gobal) asking for you KYC. Pls DO NOT share your KYC details to such third parties since it is a scam.
9. Can I get the size chart in inches instead of centimeters for easier understanding?
A. You can easily convert Centimeters to Inches to be sure of your size, else, you can consult Maple Leaf Customer Service at 91 9830070560 for clarifications.
